• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, role, city, PayPal email for payouts.
• Task data: Accepted and completed tasks, vehicle and plate, location/parking spot, timestamps, checklists, comments, payout.
• Photos: Before/after and interior photos as proof of service. Please do not photograph people.
• Technical data: Server logs, error logs, session information for authentication.

• Handling of servicing tasks, assignment, completion and payout — performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) b DSGVO/GDPR).
• Proof of service and quality assurance towards ÖBB Rail & Drive — legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f).
• Notifications by email and optionally Telegram about urgent tasks — performance of a contract or consent (Art. 6 (1) b/a).
• Retention of billing data — legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) c).

• ÖBB Rail & Drive — receives status, timestamps, checklists and photos of the commissioned tasks.
• Hosting & database — Operation of the application and storage in the EU (processor).
• Resend — sending notification emails.
• Telegram — only if you join the StreetCrowd channel; Telegram's own terms then also apply.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Account data is stored for as long as the user account exists. Task and photo data is kept for up to 24 months after completion (proof and complaint handling); billing-relevant data for 7 years due to statutory retention obligations.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Requests to hi@necture.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

The portal uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage for login and language preference is used.
